I wasn't aware of this style of shop (although, as I learned later, there's another similar chain in Japan) but I visited it after finding in on Google Maps.
First of all, it's located in the basement food court of a business building.
When I visited it was pretty chill.
You order using a tablet, in a very visual way.
The menu is focused around plates with burger patties and various add-ons. (You can customize your plate as much as you like)
There's also refill soda, but unfortunately there were no sugar free options.
The plates were super tasty and filling. There's also a free miso soup that they serve as an appetizer.
