I want to be as fair as possible about this place. The food was quite good, and the portions were big. The atmosphere, also, in the back room was quite good. I would give it four stars, only because it was quite expensive - but it's a touristy place so this was to be expected.
What wasn't expected was to be asked about giving a "tip" after all that bill that we made. I mean, we definitively paid a good bill there. Why should the waiters give me a bad look if I don't want to tip more than one or two Euro (as it's usually done in Europe)?
And besides that, they ask you to pay to pee. In a BEER house! Imagine that. I pay to drink my beer. I also pay to pee it. That's just unfair.
So, the food was good but expensive. The service was good until it was the time to pay. And you have to pay to pee.
Go somewhere else, if you have the choice, really.
