H10 Ku'damm was such a positive surprise for me. It exceeded all of my expectations.
I stayed there for a night, so I didn't go in depth with everything, but here's the overview:
First of all, the location is prime, for west Berlin, and literally two steps from a metro station.
The room was big and comfortable and everything was very clean. There were also all kinds of hotel amenities that one would have needed (inside the room).
The lobby was also a nice place to relax for a bit.
And finally, the people at the reception were very polite and helpful.
Only negative would be the wifi: Pretty slow and not great signal, which would be bad if someone would want to work from there. Also, the wifi network is unencrypted, which is a super bad practice these days (just make sure you use a VPN).
But other than that, great hotel and I'd easily choose it again, for exploring the west side of the city.
