One of my favorite places to have a drink in Tokyo.
First of all, finding it is difficult, even if you have a map. Just make sure you go into the (dodgy) building from the back entrance and heading straight to the elevator. The bar is at the top floor.
When you're inside, you're going to find a super stylish bar, with low lighting.
The owner (that has lived in Italy) will prepare you perfect cocktails and tasty finger food while at the same time DJing some amazing music using vinyls, the sleeves of which he showcases in the middle of the bar for every song he plays.
It's really a very atmospheric place. A bar that focuses on music. I'll definitely visit again in the future.
